All volunteers are required to complete a Liability Waiver once per year. If the volunteer is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver.
Waivers may be completed ahead of time and given to the Construction Supervisor on your volunteer day. Please be sure to print clearly and complete the entire waiver, including the medical information portion.
